About The Position

Saint Clare's Health is seeking an RN Stroke Coordinator to coordinate its Stroke Program. The role participates in performance-improvement data collection and activities to support an integrated program and promote high-quality healthcare. The coordinator helps develop and implement initiatives, policies, and procedures, including staff education related to stroke care. The role evaluates the program through data capture, follow-up, and trend analysis, and presents findings to appropriate committees. It also collaborates with a multidisciplinary team on identifying and resolving problems, cost-containment issues, new services and systems, and performance measures for the Risk and Stroke Programs.

Requirements

Current state RN license.
Knowledge of current state laws and regulations applicable to the facility and Stroke Program.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor of Science in Nursing or a healthcare-related field preferred.
Five years of clinical and/or management experience in a multidisciplinary healthcare setting, including a minimum of two years of inpatient experience, preferred.
