About The Position

Responsible for delivering patient care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Directs and coordinates nursing care based on established clinical nursing practices, and collaborates with other professional disciplines to ensure effective and efficient patient care and achieve desired patient outcomes.

Requirements

• Graduate of a School of Professional Nursing.
• Provide documented evidence of the ability to perform waived testing.
• Two years of RN nursing experience in various clinical settings, including Surgical Services, Critical Care, or Medical-Surgical Nursing.
• License to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Alabama.
• Current BLS certification.
• Current ACLS certification, or obtain it within 90 days of employment.
