About The Position

SIGN ON BONUS - $2,500 Hospice House Staff Nurse - RNWhat You Must Have: Current State Registered Nurse License Current Driver's License, reliable transportation, and provide ongoing valid and current auto liability insurance Two years of experience as an RN preferred in a healthcare/clinical setting Full Time Employee Benefits Competitive Pay Medical, Dental & Vision insurance Paid Time Off Paid holidays 401k with up to 4% employer matchingTuition reimbursement Company car for qualifying individuals Mileage reimbursement What You Will Do: During rounds observes, assess, documents and reports resident conditions and/or changes Implement the individualized Plan Of Care as directedIdentify significant changes in the condition of residents and takes necessary action per facility policies and procedures Oversees and monitors Certified Nurse Aides Discharge residents per facility Completion of Nursing Assessment for Physician Calls prior to calling Physician on any change in resident condition Communicate with resident’s Point of Contact when they ask for status updates or if there is a change in condition Provide training to other staff as needed Utilize excellent customer care skills with internal and external customers, including using proper phone etiquette Timely submission of all documentation Performance of other duties as required Ensure overall compliance with local, state and federal laws, Medicare regulations, and established personnel policies and procedures indeed123

Requirements

  • Current State Registered Nurse License
