This role involves utilizing the nursing process and critical thinking in collaboration with interdisciplinary team members to care for patients. The RN will perform assessments, planning, intervention, and evaluation of care. They will administer prescribed medications and treatments, ensure accurate and comprehensive documentation, and develop patient care plans. The position also involves patient and family education, participation in performance improvement activities, and utilizing clinical expertise to support the longitudinal plan of care. The RN will act to resolve systems breakdowns, manage complex situations, delegate appropriately, and escalate issues as needed. They will also engage in personal development and support continuous learning and growth within the organization. Clinic and Ambulatory RNs will maintain timely patient flow, respond to telephone calls, and perform telephone triage. This position requires travel to Walwork 1-2 times a month.
