Position Summary: As the Shift Manager, you will oversee nursing operations during your assigned shift, providing leadership, guidance, and clinical oversight to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality resident care. This role is essential to supporting our nursing staff, coordinating daily operations, and maintaining the highest standards of patient care.

Requirements

• Current Mississippi RN licensure
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Minimum of one year of clinical work experience
• Demonstrated evidence of leadership in planning and organizing
• Experience working with and through others to achieve objectives

Nice To Haves

• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is desirable
• Certified Rehabilitation Registered Nurse (CRRN) is desirable

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for all nursing operations during the assigned shift.
• Assess staffing and patient care needs to ensure safe and effective operations.
• Coordinate and communicate daily nursing activities across the care team.
• Supervise, coach, and evaluate nursing staff to promote professional growth and accountability.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality, resident-centered care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve positive clinical outcomes.
• Promote a culture of teamwork, safety, professionalism, and continuous quality improvement.
• Serve as a clinical resource and support for staff throughout the shift.
