RN student enrolled in the final semester of an accredited nursing program with a set graduation date. Here is an overview of our newly updated GROW Strong RN New Grad Residency Program: Program content aligns with QSEN competencies and ANCC Practice Transition Accreditation Program (PTAP) requirements. Rolling enrollment means NTP nurses can begin the program within 30-45 days of hire. Specialty Clinical Practice Tracks provide hands on skills practice to enhance application of didactic content. Content has been condensed to allow nurses to complete the program in 6-8 months.
