About The Position

Hospital Sisters Health System is seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join our healthcare team. We have an excellent opportunity for Winter 2026 graduate nurses looking to transition into a rewarding nursing career. You are eligible to start as a Nurse Extern II during your last semester of school and transition right into your RN position once you obtain your license! This position is in the Medical-Surgical department and requires 36 hours per week, with night shifts from 7p-7a at Holy Family Hospital in Greenville, IL. A sign-on bonus of up to $10,000 is offered.

Requirements

Graduate from an accredited and approved school of nursing accepted for licensure in the state of practice.
Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in state of practice.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
