Scheduled Weekly Hours: 28 RN, Registered Nurse | Bariatric & Obesity Medicine Location: Onalaska, WI Schedule: Part-time | 0.6 (48 hours/pay period) OR 0.7 FTE (64 hours/pay period) - YOUR CHOICE! You’ll play a central role in patient education, care coordination, and ongoing support—helping individuals achieve sustainable, life-changing health outcomes.

Requirements

• Active, unencumbered Wisconsin Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Associate degree in nursing (or higher)
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Health Care Providers
• Obtain Certified Bariatric Nurse (CBN) when eligible

Nice To Haves

• 1+ year of RN experience

Responsibilities

• Guide patients through bariatric and obesity medicine care pathways
• Provide comprehensive education to patients and families
• Conduct nurse-only visits and follow-up care
• Manage phone triage and MyChart in-basket messaging
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary care team across departments
• Serve as a clinical resource and advocate for this patient population
