Clinical Manager -Obesity Medicine, Bariatric Surgery & Allergy
About The Position
The Bariatric Surgical Services leadership team is hiring for an individual to lead the Obesity Medicine, Bariatric Surgery & Allergy teams. This Clinical Manager will provide operational leadership, support, and oversight to 24 direct reports, and oversee the financials as well as strategic priorities. In addition, this individual has direct responsibility for managing employee performance to ensure optimal functioning in day-to-day operation, serves as a resource to staff and other department and works collaboratively with Clinical Operations Director and Department Chair to achieve department goals in a timely manner and within budget parameters.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Dietetics or other related healthcare field
- 5 years of experience in a healthcare setting which may include weight management or surgical experience demonstrating leadership skills
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensed minimally in the state of practice, some positions may require additional state RN licenses OR Registered as a Dietitian with Commission on Dietetic Registration (RD) and Registered Dietitian State Certification or Licensure (CD) in the state(s) of practice
