The Quality Assessment & Assurance (QAA) Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and supporting the facility's quality improvement, infection prevention, regulatory compliance, and resident safety initiatives. This position works collaboratively with nursing leadership, pharmacy services, interdisciplinary team members, and external partners to monitor quality measures, ensure regulatory compliance, and promote positive resident outcomes. The ideal candidate is a highly organized and detail-oriented Registered Nurse with long-term care experience, strong clinical knowledge, and prior administrative and supervisory experience.
