About The Position
Provides nursing care in accordance with the patient’s plan of care, including comprehensive assessment, monitoring of the health status, coordination of services, teaching and training activities, and management of the care plan. This position requires a background screening through the Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse. Work Location: On the road.

- RN License (Required)
- Oasis Experience (Required)
- Medicare Home Health (Required)
