About The Position

The Pediatric Neurology Registered Nurse provides specialized nursing support to children and families receiving care in a high-volume, fast-paced pediatric neurology practice. The primary focus is telephone and electronic patient-message triage.

As a nurse with Corewell Health, you will use critical thinking and the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. You will uphold nursing standards described by the ANA, including its code of ethics, and work as part of a team to support the best possible outcomes for patients and their families.

Corewell Health operates more than 300 outpatient clinics across Michigan, with over 40 types of primary care and specialty practices. The position is based at the Pediatric Neurology clinic in Grand Rapids. It is full-time, on the day shift, with 40 scheduled hours per week, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:15 p.m.

Requirements

• Associate's degree in Nursing.
• Registered Nurse (RN) license for the State of Michigan, required upon hire.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross, required within 90 days.
