About The Position

This position involves assessing patients to determine their mental, physical, and spiritual needs. The role requires the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of an individual plan of care in collaboration with a multidisciplinary health care team. Responsibilities include providing explanations and instructions to patients and their responsible persons, utilizing nursing clinical judgment to recognize and report changes in patient condition, and contributing to a healthy workplace environment by managing conflict with professional communication skills. The role also involves meeting Core Measure responsibilities related to patient care, participating in continuing education, and maintaining complete and accurate medical records.

Requirements

• Current Illinois Registered Nurse license
• Current CPR/BLS Card
• ACLS
• ACLS-PALS
• NIHSS

Responsibilities
