About The Position
Atrium Centers is hiring an RN or LPN at Freeman Nursing & Rehabilitation Community, a 39-bed facility in Kingsford, Michigan. Nurses provide compassionate, resident-centered care in a close-knit, team-focused community, building meaningful relationships with residents and their families. The role is available per diem (PRN) with variable shifts, including 12-hour shifts. Night shift differentials are available. Requirements
- Current RN or LPN license.
- Medication administration and IV certification.
- Strong working knowledge of state rules and regulations.
- A passion for caring for and improving the lives of residents.
- Positive, dependable attendance and a team-focused, can-do attitude.
Responsibilities
- Assess, evaluate, and provide direct nursing care in accordance with individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and perform treatments based on resident needs.
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate nursing assistants.
- Ensure compliance with state regulations and clinical standards.
- Promote resident safety, dignity, and overall well-being.
