RN or LPN- Full Time 3rd Shift
About The Position
Fairlawn Haven is hiring a full-time RN or LPN in Archbold, Ohio. The position is on the third (graveyard) shift and uses 12-hour shifts, with holiday and weekend rotation. The posting also notes LPN full-time or part-time opportunities on first, second, and third shifts. The LPN monitors residents’ health status and care plans throughout the Care Center, assisting the Rehab, Assisted Living, Special Care, and Long-Term Care neighborhoods. The LPN also assists and leads STNA staff. The ideal candidate has strong assessment skills, works effectively in a changing environment, is a team player, and demonstrates a positive, self-motivated attitude.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Current LPN nursing license in good standing with the state licensing board.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and honor residents’ rights.
- Ability to communicate effectively with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel, and the general public.
- Excellent attendance and work history.
- Good assessment skills; ability to work effectively in a changing environment; team-player approach; positive attitude; and self-motivation.
Nice To Haves
- At least one year of long-term care experience is preferred.
