About The Position

This is a Per Diem position offering flexible 4-hour med pass shifts, ideal for PRN nurses. The role involves coordinating and providing resident-focused care, administering medications and treatments, assisting with leadership of CNAs and caregivers, maintaining compliance with state regulations and clinical policies, and supporting a safe, respectful, and compassionate environment for residents in a 34-bed facility.

Requirements

• Active RN or LPN license in good standing
• Certification and experience in medication administration and IV services
• Working knowledge of state regulations related to long-term care
• Reliable, team-oriented approach with consistent attendance
• Genuine commitment to providing exceptional care and enriching residents’ daily lives

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and provide resident-focused care based on individual care needs
• Carry out medication administration and nursing treatments as prescribed
• Assist with leadership and direction of CNA and caregiver team members
• Maintain compliance with state regulations and clinical policies
• Support a safe, respectful, and compassionate environment for residents
