About The Position
Advantage Nursing Services is hiring registered nurses and licensed practical nurses to provide one-on-one home care to children and adults in Mahomet, Illinois. Day and night shifts are available Monday through Friday: 7 a.m.–5 p.m. or 10 p.m.–8 a.m. No pediatric or home care experience is required. Full-time, part-time, and PRN hours are available immediately.
Requirements
- Active Illinois nursing license.
- Current CPR certification.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one patient care.
- Provide nursing care in accordance with the physician's care plan of treatment.
- Monitor the patient's condition and compose patient charts.
- Assist the patient with daily activities.
- Take and record vital signs.
- Provide caregiver relief.
