About The Position
Advantage Nursing Services is hiring registered or licensed practical nurses to provide home care to children and adults in Mahomet, Illinois. Nurses provide one-on-one care in patients’ homes and follow the physician’s plan of treatment. No pediatric or home care experience is required. Day and night schedules are available Monday through Friday: 7 a.m.–5 p.m. or 10 p.m.–8 a.m. Full-time, part-time, and PRN hours are available.
Requirements
- Active Illinois nursing license.
- Current CPR certification.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one patient care.
- Provide nursing care in accordance with the physician’s plan of treatment.
- Monitor patients’ conditions and compose patient charts.
- Assist patients with daily activities.
- Take and record vital signs.
- Provide caregiver relief.
