About The Position
NHC HealthCare North Augusta is seeking a dedicated RN or LPN Unit Manager to join their team. This full-time position involves working with an interdisciplinary care team to ensure accurate patient assessments and the development/revision of individualized care plans. The role requires maintaining open communication with patients and families, encouraging their participation in decision-making, and supervising LPNs and other nursing staff as assigned. The ideal candidate will share NHC's values of honesty and integrity and have a passion for geriatric patients.
Requirements
- South Carolina Registered Nurse, RN Nursing license preferred.
- South Carolina LPN License.
- Will consider LPN with management experience.

Responsibilities
- Working with the interdisciplinary care team, to assure accurate patient assessment and development/revision of individualized plans of care.
- Maintains open and ongoing communication with patients and families, providing opportunity and encouragement to participate in decision making.
- Supervise LPNs and other nursing partners as assigned.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing.
