About The Position
Our Client is seeking an RN - Operating Room in Fort Mohave, Arizona, for a 3x12 day shift. Candidates must hold current state licensure and have at least one year of recent experience. The role requires current certifications and clinical references, specified health screening and vaccination records, and successful completion of pre-employment, background, and urine drug screenings.
Requirements
- Current state licensure
- At least 1 year of recent experience
- Current resume
- Current BLS and/or ACLS and/or specialty certifications
- Two current clinical references
- Physical examination within the past 12 months
- TB skin test within the past 12 months
- MMR, Hep B, and Varicella titers
- Respiratory fit test within the past 12 months
- Current Tdap and flu vaccinations
- Must pass pre-employment screening, background screening, and urine drug screening
