About The Position
We are hiring for an RN Operating Room position in Augusta, GA. This is a 13-week contract position with a Day shift. The shift typically involves (4) 10-hour shifts or (5) 8-hour shifts, starting at 10:45 am. On-call duties are required as needed, with a minimum of every other weekend and at least two major and two minor holidays expected. No prior Epic experience is necessary.
Requirements
- Must have intraoperative experience, or OR circulating experience.
- RN - Reg Nurse (Single State) or RN-COMPACT - RN - Multi-state Compact
- BLS - Basic Life Support or ARC-BLS - Amer Red Cross Basic Life Support or BLS-I - Basic Life Support - Instructor
- Associates Nursing or Diploma (Nurse) Nursing or Bachelors Nursing
- Less than 1 year completion of Accredited/approved school of nursing with requisite clinical hours
- Required Experience with direct patient care
- Ability to read, write and speak English language
- Optimize the use of technology to support clinical care and holds basic computer skills
- Strong interpersonal, collaborative skills along with customer service skills required
- Ability to function in a fast paced environment and respond to emergencies in using a decisive, composed and respectful manner
- Possess excellent time management skills
- Practices nursing using evidence and analytical skills
- Possess strong critical thinking skills

Benefits
- Total weekly gross: $2640
- $66/hour
- $30 /hour W- 2 taxable
- $36 /hour non taxable stipend
