About The Position

This is a CT Technologist position requiring quick hiring. The role involves night shifts, 3 shifts per week, with 12 hours per shift. The contract length is 13 weeks. The position requires excellent communication and customer service skills, the ability to function independently and under pressure, and to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, stressful environment. Compliance with hospital policies and professional standards is essential. Competency in all aspects of CT, including patient positioning, exposure factors, and radiation protection, is required, along with an understanding of anatomy and pathology as they affect procedure quality.

Requirements

  • ARRT-R - ARRT Radiography
  • ARRT-CT - ARRT Computed Tomography
  • BLS - Basic Life Support or ARC-BLS - Amer Red Cross Basic Life Support or BLS-I - Basic Life Support - Instructor
  • Graduation from an Accredited Program in Radiologic Technology
  • Minimum 1 year experience in Radiology
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to function independently and under pressure
  • Ability to actively participate in a team environment
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to perform effectively in a stressful and fast-paced work environment
  • Ability to prioritize appropriately
  • Detail-oriented
  • Capacity to effectively multitask

Responsibilities

  • Perform CT procedures.
  • Position patients correctly for CT scans.
