About The Position
Canyon Home Care & Hospice is hiring a full-time on-call RN for hospice care. This position does not involve home health. The schedule includes evenings and nights, weekends, and some holidays. Requirements
- Current Utah RN license.
- Current CPR certification.
- Experience in home health and hospice settings.
- Excellent availability and response time to calls.
- Demonstrated ability to triage and apply critical thinking skills.
- Knowledge of and ability to navigate electronic medical records.
- Reliable transportation and auto insurance.
- Cheerful, customer-service-oriented approach.
