About The Position
We are seeking a full-time Home Health & Hospice On-Call Nurse in Weber/Davis County and the surrounding area to provide compassionate care during evenings/nights, some weekends, and some holiday shifts. Enjoy a flexible 7-on/7-off schedule and comprehensive training to set you up for success. Requirements
- Cheerful customer service oriented
- Current Utah RN license (required)
- Current CPR (Required)
- Experience in the home health and hospice settings
- Excellent availability and response time to calls
- Reliable transportation and auto insurance (Required)
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of and ability to navigate electronic medical records
Responsibilities
