About The Position
Tapestry Hospice & Palliative Care is a family-owned and operated organization serving North Georgia for over 16 years. We operate as a Care Family, treating patients with dignity and compassion. We are seeking exceptional individuals to join our growing team. This role involves remotely working with the on-call team after hours and on weekends to triage and dispatch the on-call field team.
Requirements
- Current RN License in the State of Georgia
- 1-2 years hospice experience (other candidates may be considered with experience in skilled nursing, home health, acute care, med surg or ICU)
- Utmost compassion & integrity
- Driver’s license, insurance and vehicle
- Excellent Time Management Skills
Responsibilities
- Remotely work with the on-call team after hours and on weekends to help triage and dispatch our on-call field team.
