About The Position

Provides direct care to neonatal patients. Responsible for assessment, medication administration, carrying out provider orders, evaluating their effect, documenting care provided, and communicating with the care team. Provides care in adherence to all hospital policies and accreditation standards.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current, unencumbered North Carolina or compact state RN license.
• Current BLS certification.
• Obtain NRP and STABLE certifications within 6 months.
• Obtain NCI certification and complete Team STEPPS training within 90 days.

Nice To Haves

• One year of clinical experience in the area of clinical specialty is preferred.
• New graduates who have completed an RN residency program are preferred.
