As a Nurse Shift Manager, you will oversee a department of frontline nurses, supporting them in their professional growth and ensuring alignment with departmental operational goals. Previous experience in acute care, LTC, or nursing homes is highly valued. The role requires accountability, confidence, excellent communication skills (both one-on-one and in groups), and the ability to handle difficult conversations, as you will be responsible for the performance of your team and unit.
