This role ensures the delivery of high-quality, resident-centered care while supporting and mentoring nursing staff. The Nurse Manager collaborates closely with interdisciplinary teams to promote optimal resident outcomes.
Requirements
- Associate’s Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Maine
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- Commitment to providing exceptional resident care
- Availability for on-call rotation
Nice To Haves
- Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing
- 2+ years of supervisory or management experience
