About The Position

BAYADA's Nurse Residency Program is designed for new graduate nurses to flourish, learn new skills, grow with challenges, succeed in assignments, and advance in their nursing careers. This program is the only paid, new graduate residency program in home care accredited by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation (ANCC). As a non-profit organization, BAYADA focuses on quality care for clients. Clinical Managers provide in-depth training and support to ensure new nurses are comfortable and confident. The program offers experience with patients of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels, allowing nurses to explore their interests.

Requirements

• New graduate nurses.
• Must be comfortable and confident in skills with support from Clinical Managers.
• Willingness to care for people of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels.

Nice To Haves

• Accreditation by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation (ANCC).

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one patient care.
• Utilize electronic charting with Statewise.
• Participate in in-depth paid training from day one.
• Work close to home with short commute times.
• Receive around-the-clock clinical support.
