About The Position
The RN Resident- Home Care position at Visiting Nurse Service Westchester is an innovative RN Homecare Residency program designed as a structured transition-to-practice program for new graduates who have obtained their RN License in the past year. This program provides structured classroom, simulation, and field rotations. Graduates will gain clinical confidence, interdisciplinary collaboration skills, and career advancement opportunities.
