About The Position
BAYADA is seeking passionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) for their Nurse Residency Program. This program is designed to help new graduates flourish by learning new skills, growing with challenges, succeeding in assignments, and advancing their nursing careers. BAYADA offers one-on-one patient care, flexible scheduling, paid time off, weekly pay, electronic charting, in-depth paid training from day one, access to award-winning adult and pediatric Simulation labs, short commute times, and around-the-clock clinical support. The Nurse Residency Program is accredited by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation (ANCC), making it the only paid new graduate residency program in home care with this accreditation. As a non-profit organization, BAYADA prioritizes quality care, and their Clinical Managers provide thorough training to ensure new nurses are comfortable and confident. They care for patients of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels, offering diverse experience.
Requirements
- Current valid nursing license in the U.S.
- Graduation from a qualified nursing program.
- CPR in good standing.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one patient care.
- Utilize electronic charting via Statewise.
- Participate in in-depth paid training.
- Work with adult and pediatric patients.
- Provide care for people of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels.
