About The Position
The RN Nurse Residency Program in Minneapolis is designed for new graduate RNs seeking expert mentorship and hands-on experience. This program offers one-on-one home care, skill development, and tailored support to help launch your career with confidence. BAYADA is an accredited, regulated, certified, and licensed home health care provider celebrating 50 years of service. Requirements
- Active RN or LPN license in Minnesota (or pending licensure with NCLEX date)
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one home care.
- Build new skills.
- Receive tailored support.
- Utilize electronic charting (Cubhub).
Benefits
- $35–$37/hour (including weekend and overnight differentials)
- Full-time (36+ hours/week)
- Daytime and Overnight Shifts
- 8-hour, 10-hour, or 12-hour shifts
