About The Position
BAYADA is seeking compassionate and dedicated LPNs for their New Grad Nurse Residency Program. This program is designed to help new nurses flourish by learning new skills, growing with challenges, succeeding in assignments, and advancing their nursing careers. The program offers one-on-one patient care, flexible scheduling, paid time off, weekly pay, electronic charting, in-depth paid training from day one, award-winning simulation labs, short commute times, around-the-clock clinical support, and nurse referral bonuses. BAYADA's Nurse Residency Program is the only paid, new graduate residency program in home care accredited by the ANCC. As a non-profit organization, BAYADA focuses on quality care, and their Clinical Managers provide thorough training to ensure new nurses are comfortable and confident. They care for people of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels, allowing nurses to explore their passions. The Hauppauge team offers exceptional one-on-one training by a seasoned Clinical Educator and a supportive management team.
Requirements
- Current valid nursing license in U.S.
- Graduation from a qualified nursing program.
- CPR in good standing.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one patient care.
- Utilize electronic charting with AlayaCare.
- Participate in in-depth paid training.
- Work with adult and pediatric patients of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels.
