About The Position
The RN Nurse Residency Program in Minneapolis is designed for new graduate Registered Nurses (RNs) seeking expert mentorship and hands-on experience to launch their careers with confidence. This program offers one-on-one home care, skill development, and tailored support. BAYADA is an accredited, regulated, certified, and licensed home health care provider with a commitment to compassion, excellence, and reliability, celebrating 50 years of service.
Requirements
- Active RN or LPN license in Minnesota (or pending licensure with NCLEX date)
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one home care.
- Build new skills.
- Receive tailored support.
- Utilize electronic charting (Cubhub).
Benefits
- $35–$37/hour (including weekend and overnight differentials)
- Full-time (36+ hours/week)
