About The Position
Avita Health System is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Navigator to join their Oncology Department at the Ontario location. This role serves as a single point of contact for referring physicians, patients, and caregivers, providing resources and assistance with accessing clinical and supportive care services within Avita Health System and the community. The RN Navigator will also facilitate patient appointments, including those with labs, diagnostic areas, and specialty physicians.
Requirements
- Current State of Ohio Registered Nurse license.
- Current Basic Life Support certification or obtained within 30 days of hire.
- Oncology Nursing Society (ONS) certification obtained within six months of hire date.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in nursing.
Nice To Haves
- Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) certification.
