The RN Navigator for Surgical Oncology GI supports patients and families throughout their care journey by coordinating appointments, facilitating communication with providers, and guiding them through diagnostic and treatment processes. This role ensures patients understand their care plan, helps identify and overcome barriers, and provides education and emotional support along the way. Working collaboratively with hematologists and the interdisciplinary team, the navigator promotes timely, seamless, and patient‑centered care for individuals with benign hematologic conditions.
