About The Position
An experienced RN Nurse Manager is sought to lead nursing operations for the Main Operating Room in Santa Rosa, California. This full-time leadership role is focused on developing clinical teams, achieving operational excellence, improving quality, and delivering outstanding surgical patient outcomes. The position is scheduled for consistent 8-hour day shifts.
Requirements
- Active California Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Minimum 2 years of recent clinical experience.
- Computer proficiency.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
- 5 years of clinical experience.
- 2 years of nursing management experience.
- Specialty certification relevant to the unit.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage day-to-day nursing operations for the Main OR.
- Oversee staffing, scheduling, budgeting, and resource management.
- Promote high-quality, safe, and patient-centered surgical care.
