RN NURSE MANAGER
About The Position
Burnett Medical Center is currently looking for an RN Nurse Manager to oversee our Med-Surg and ED Departments. The RN Nurse Manager, under the supervision of the Chief Nursing Officer, assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates the delivery of patient care on the Med/Surgical and ED units. This role provides administrative direction for the development and evaluation of nursing personnel and maintains operational aspects of patient care units along with support services. The position also contributes to nursing and hospital through support of philosophy, objectives, and education efforts.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
- Licensed and currently registered as a professional nurse in the State of Wisconsin.
- RN with 2 years of clinical and charge nurse experience.
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC and NRP certified.
Nice To Haves
- Previous leadership experience preferred.
