Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) with 2 or more years of experience as an RN is required.
- 1+ years of Home Health required.
- Acute, med/surg, and/or sub-acute experience.
Nice To Haves
- 2 Years of Oasis experience preferred.
- Supervisory experience a plus.
Responsibilities
- Supervise a team of field nurses.
- Conduct supervisory visits as needed within the homes.
- Lead, inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care.
- Visit our adult and geriatric clients for supervisory/assessment visits in the Indianapolis, IN area.
- Facilitate new hire orientation and training the new nurses.
- Coordinate and/or deliver in-services for field staff.
