About The Position

Our Skilled Nursing office provides high-acuity care for adult and pediatric clients who require complex, continuous, technology-dependent support. As a Clinical Manager – Adults & Pediatrics, you’ll lead a team of nurses, ensuring safe, high-quality care, supporting professional growth, and building strong relationships with clients, families, and staff. This office provides best in class care throughout Monmouth County.
Requirements
- Current RN license in New Jersey (multi-state/compact license preferred).
- Experience with adult OR pediatric populations; willingness to cross-train.
- Leadership experience (preceptor, charge nurse, or supervisor).
- Comfort with technology-dependent care (ventilators, tracheostomy, feeding tubes).
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of nurses and support staff.
- Oversee clinical care for adult and pediatric clients, including assessments, care plans, and care coordination.
- Ensure compliance with BAYADA policies, documentation standards, and state/federal regulations.
- Collaborate with families, physicians, and the office team to deliver safe, personalized care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and problem-solving for complex care scenarios.
