Registered Nurse Manager, Wellness Director

Suite Living Senior Care•Maple Grove, MN

About The Position

Suite Living Senior Care is seeking an RN Nurse Manager to lead clinical care in an assisted living or memory care community. The role provides a structured, relationship-driven environment in which the RN serves as the community’s clinical leader, working with caregivers, residents, families, providers, hospice teams, and other healthcare partners to deliver thoughtful, consistent, high-quality care. The position emphasizes autonomy, resident-focused leadership, and a more predictable work-life balance than acute-care settings. The RN Nurse Manager oversees resident care, assessments, individualized service plans, condition monitoring, medication practices, and regulatory compliance. The manager guides and develops caregivers, coordinates services and transitions of care, and supports residents and families through clear, compassionate communication. Weekday on-call coverage is provided by a dedicated service. The RN participates in weekend on-call coverage approximately once every seven weeks, from Saturday at 7:00 a.m. through Monday at 8:00 a.m. Coverage is phone-based with no routine on-site requirement. After a weekend rotation, the manager works Monday from 12:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. Each covered weekend includes a $500 stipend. Compensation includes a $90,000 annual base salary and quarterly bonus opportunities. Benefits include medical plans, paid time off, paid holidays, a 401(k) with company match, company-paid life insurance, and company-paid long-term disability insurance.
