About The Position

Suite Living Senior Care is seeking a full-time, exempt Regional Float RN Nurse Manager to provide clinical leadership across seven assisted living and memory care communities in the assigned region. This is a multi-community role rather than a position based at one community. The RN Nurse Manager travels among communities according to clinical and operational needs and may spend several days or a week at one location before moving to another. The role focuses on coaching care teams, improving care, supporting community leaders, and building relationships across the region. The Nurse Manager conducts resident assessments, oversees individualized service plans, monitors changes in residents’ conditions, and coordinates appropriate care. The role also oversees medication management and clinical documentation; supports and develops care teams; helps communities address staffing, leadership, or clinical challenges; and collaborates with healthcare providers, residents’ families, and other partners. The position promotes consistent clinical standards, resident safety, quality care, regulatory compliance, improved clinical outcomes, and the sharing of best practices. The regular schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. There is no weekday on-call requirement. Weekend phone-based clinical coverage is approximately one weekend every seven weeks, from Saturday at 7:00 a.m. to Monday at 8:00 a.m.; routine on-site coverage is not required. A $500 stipend is provided for each weekend, and the Monday after the weekend rotation is scheduled from 12:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. The stated annual base salary is $90,000–$95,000, with compensation based on experience.
