RN - New Grad - Santa Fe NM
About The Position
Presbyterian Hospital is hiring New Grad nurses for our hospital in Santa Fe. This is a full-time opportunity with a year-long nurse residency program designed to improve engagement and retention by providing a strong nursing foundation for quality nursing practice. Residents will obtain continuing education credits upon completion of the program. Program participation is a requirement in the following units: Critical Care, Emergency Department, Adult Inpatient, Family Birthing and Mother/Baby Care, and Operating Room. Residents will be hired as full-time nursing staff with benefits. Hours will be variable and at various sites. Prior to starting the program, residents and fellows will interview for full-time permanent positions with hiring managers.
Requirements
- Associate degree in nursing (ADN)
- Current RN license in New Mexico or a multistate license
- BLS certification required at time of hire
- Graduating from an accredited college within 12 months
