About The Position

BAYADA is seeking motivated and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join their Nurse Residency Program. This program is designed for new graduates to flourish, learn new skills, grow with challenges, succeed in assignments, and advance their nursing careers. BAYADA focuses on providing one-on-one patient care with flexible scheduling, paid time off, and weekly pay. They utilize electronic charting with Cubhub and offer in-depth paid training from day one, including access to award-winning adult and pediatric Simulation labs. The program aims for short commute times by working close to home and provides around-the-clock clinical support. BAYADA's Nurse Residency Program is accredited by the ANCC Commission on Accreditation and is the only paid new graduate residency program in home care with this accreditation. As a non-profit organization, their priority is quality care for clients, and their Clinical Managers provide thorough training to ensure new nurses are comfortable and confident. They care for patients of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels, offering diverse experience. The Fayetteville team is particularly welcoming, with an experienced Clinical Educator and Managers, and a Director who provides BAYADA swag to new nurses. They also host nurse appreciation events.

Requirements

Current valid nursing license in U.S.
Graduation from a qualified nursing program.
CPR in good standing.

Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one patient care.
Utilize electronic charting using Cubhub.
Participate in in-depth paid training from day one.
Work with patients of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels.
Comply with all state/local mandates as an accredited, regulated, certified, and licensed home health care provider.
