About The Position
The role encompasses the management of medical/surgical patient care through implementation of the nursing process, supervision of licensed and unlicensed personnel, and coordination of interdisciplinary care.
Requirements
- Able to communicate effectively in English both orally and in writing
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to manage/prioritize/delegate patient care
- Able to complete work assignments and other duties, as assigned
- Current nursing license, state of California
- American Heart Association (AHA) BLS card is required
Nice To Haves
- Chemotherapy certification required within 6 months of hire/transfer into the unit (For Third Floor East RN)
