Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
Valid New Mexico Alcohol Server Permit required prior to hire
Strong punctuality and reliability
Ability to consistently deliver a proactive, guest-focused experience
Availability to work weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays
Ability to work in a dynamic environment with varying pace
Physical ability to stand for extended periods (8+ hours) and perform tasks including lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling up to 40 lbs, as well as bending, kneeling, stooping, and climbing stairs
Strong manual dexterity, auditory and visual skills
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and communicate clearly in English, including basic written documentation

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and take food and beverage orders
Prepare and serve a variety of beverages and light food items
Educate guests on menu options and provide thoughtful recommendations
Process payments accurately and efficiently
Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of all work areas
Stock supplies and assist with inventory management
Support equipment upkeep and report maintenance needs as needed
Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards, including alcohol service regulations and possession of a valid New Mexico Alcohol Server Permit
Contribute to smooth daily operations and an elevated guest experience
Perform additional duties as assigned
