About The Position

The Santa Fe Coordinator is a key ministry leadership position on the Greenhouse College team responsible for growing and strengthening Greenhouse’s ministry among college students, with primary leadership responsibility for Greenhouse’s presence at Santa Fe College and the Sunday morning college experience at the Main Campus. The position goals are to shepherd and cultivate a thriving, Jesus-centered ministry community among students and multiply healthy Greenhouse College microchurches by identifying, discipling, and developing student leaders who can shepherd others. This role involves Santa Fe College Ministry Leadership, including providing spiritual and ministry leadership for evangelism and outreach efforts, multiplying healthy, active Microchurches among Santa Fe students, identifying, discipling, developing, and coaching Santa Fe Microchurch leaders, and building and leading the Santa Fe student board. It also includes Sunday Morning College Ministry, leading the College Lounge as a relational ministry environment, building meaningful relationships with students, and providing follow-up for first-time guests. Additionally, the role assists with the College Internship and cultivates a culture of evangelism and mission. Collaboration with the College Team is also a key aspect.

Passion for evangelism, college ministry, leadership development, and reaching students who are disconnected from Christian community.
Ability to build meaningful relationships with college students and develop others as leaders.
Ability to teach, disciple, coach, and spiritually lead students.
Commitment to developing a strong working knowledge of Greenhouse Church’s mission, vision, values, and ministry strategy.
Strong initiative and ability to move ministry vision into action.
Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
Ability to lead teams, recruit volunteers, and empower others to take ownership.
Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple ministry responsibilities.
Sound judgment, discretion, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Working knowledge of social media and digital communication tools.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn ministry software and applications, including Planning Center.
A joyful attitude and ability to represent Christ and Greenhouse Church well among diverse groups of people.
Minimum high school diploma; degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide spiritual and ministry leadership for Greenhouse College’s evangelism and outreach efforts.
Multiply healthy, active Microchurches among Santa Fe students.
Identify, disciple, develop, and coach Santa Fe Microchurch leaders.
Build and lead the Santa Fe student board, cultivating a team of students who take meaningful ownership of ministry on their campus.
Cast vision and provide spiritual and strategic direction for student board members.
Lead the Sunday morning College Lounge as a relational ministry environment where college students are welcomed, known, and connected to the life of Greenhouse.
Build meaningful relationships with new and existing students, intentionally shepherding First-Time Guests & Assimilation.
Provide consistent and relational follow-up with first-time guests.
Intentionally connect students into Greenhouse discipleship pathways, including ABCs: Activate, Breakthrough, and College Microchurches.
Help lead and execute the Greenhouse College Internship during the summer.
Cultivate a strong culture of evangelism and mission that builds momentum toward the fall semester.
Help shape and carry the vision, strategy, and ongoing development of Greenhouse College.
Able to lift up to 50 pounds and move furniture/equipment.
Able to stand for extended periods during Sunday services and ministry events.
Local travel required; potential global travel required.
