About The Position

Sentara Healthcare's New Graduate RN Fast-Track application allows new nurses to apply once and be connected with opportunities across their entire healthcare system. The Nurse Residency Program is a comprehensive 6-month program for all newly hired graduate nurses, offering hands-on training, mentorship, and professional development with specialized tracks in Medical-Surgical, Intermediate Care, Critical Care, Emergency, Operating Room, and Women's Health. Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited RN program
  • Current Virginia RN license or eligible to obtain one
  • Graduating soon or graduated with less than one year of RN practice
