About The Position

BAYADA is offering a paid, new graduate residency program in home care, accredited by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation (ANCC). As a non-profit organization, BAYADA focuses on quality care for clients. Clinical Managers provide in-depth support to new nurses, ensuring they feel comfortable and confident. The program allows nurses to care for patients of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels, providing opportunities to explore diverse interests.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program.
• A current New Jersey State nursing license in good standing.
• CPR Certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide one on one patient care.
• Utilize electronic charting.
• Engage in in-depth paid training from day one.
• Work with adult and pediatric patients in simulation labs.
