About The Position
THP Healthcare Staffing is seeking an RN - MedSurg / Tele in Mayfield Heights, Ohio. The position is a 4x12 night shift. Candidates must hold current state licensure and have at least one year of recent experience. Applicants must provide the required credentials and screening documentation and pass pre-employment, background, and urine drug screenings. Competitive pay packages and benefits are offered.
Requirements
- Current state licensure
- At least 1 year of recent experience
- Current resume
- Current BLS and/or ACLS and/or specialty certifications
- Two current clinical references
- Physical examination completed within 12 months
- TB skin test completed within 12 months
- MMR, Hepatitis B, and Varicella titers
- Respiratory fit test completed within 12 months
- Current Tdap and flu vaccinations
- Ability to pass pre-employment, background, and urine drug screenings
